Commercial Sales Representative Opportunity

Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Representative and take your sales career to the next level. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish, overseeing sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage roofing projects from start to finish, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation.
  • Oversee all sales activities, including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts.
  • Perform estimates and inspections, and order materials as needed.
  • Start insurance claims, read insurance scopes, invoice, and collect payment.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Track sales and projects in our CRM AccuLynx.
  • Uphold the company's core values.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial roofing sales and installation experience.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area).
  • Commit 10-12 hours per day to your own success.
  • Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
  • Honesty and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials).
