Global Operations Coordinator for Consumer Products

**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Consumer Products team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the day-to-day operations of our consumer products business, ensuring efficiency and driving team success.
As the ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in licensing and experience working with project management tools like Asana or Trello. You'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing tasks, and maintaining seamless communication with cross-functional teams. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will ensure the smooth execution of our consumer products strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and drive business growth
- Support the Managing Director, Consumer Products with administrative duties, including travel arrangements, expense management, and meeting coordination
- Manage team calendars and schedule calls/meetings for retail and CPE teams
- Coordinate the execution of licensing summits, team events, and trade shows
- Organize and maintain key internal and external documents, such as contact lists, contract summaries, and sales reports
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
**What We Offer**
- A competitive salary of $125,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience
