We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to enhance our team and deliver exceptional installation and support services to our clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various equipment such as televisions, audio systems, cameras, and automated shades. In addition to installation tasks, the Technician will troubleshoot technical issues, offer customer support, and oversee the deployment of both hardware and software solutions. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to different sites to install and configure new equipment.
  • Run cabling in both new constructions and existing facilities.
  • Install audio-visual and security products.
  • Guide customers on the basic operation of their new systems.
  • Adhere to best practices and safety protocols at all work sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs conducted.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audio/video or security system installation.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a minimum requirement.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.

Work Schedule

  • Standard 8-hour shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
