Nurse Supervisor

As a Charge Nurse at Adventist Health, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care services and leading a team of nursing staff. This is a part-time position working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 48-hour biweekly schedule.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care services and lead a team of nursing staff.
Collaborate with the Director, Staffing Coordinator, and House Supervisor to ensure patient needs are met.
Develop a cohesive team and inspire enthusiasm and confidence in others.
Consistently support departmental and hospital goals.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Nursing: Required
BSN: Preferred
2 years' acute care experience or equivalent: Required
RN skills as described for designated unit: Required
Current California RN license: Required
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association: Required
ACLS through the American Heart Association: Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
Unit-specific certifications and competencies: As required
Organizational Requirements:
