Interim Financial Controller

We are collaborating with a prominent Private Equity backed business services and human capital organization to fulfill an interim financial controller requirement. This role is entirely remote and involves a combination of month-end closing, financial reporting, balance sheet evaluations, variance analysis, and assistance during carve-out or M&A initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in a controllership role, with a proven track record as a Controller in a large-scale enterprise (annual revenue exceeding $750M).
- Experience with carve-outs and/or mergers and acquisitions is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise ERP systems is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with Workday.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
