We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Clerk II to join our team at Swope Health Services. As an Insurance Clerk II, you will play a critical role in validating patients' information and preparing and filing insurance claims in accordance with insurance carrier's regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate patients' information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and file insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and insurance claims
Requirements
  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Two (2) years' experience with insurance accounts receivables or a related field required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products and web-based insurance programs
