Job OverviewAs a competitive Producer, you will play a key role in recognizing opportunities and strategically turning leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Utilize your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
