Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Aspira Labs, Inc. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate information to supporting departments, clients, and patients.
- Adhere to departmental and HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain superior quality client/patient relations.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience.
- 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, science, lab, or related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
