Job Summary:

The Office Clerk will assist the Office Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level. Compensation range is $14-$15/hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with moving crews and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of supplies to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, including statistical analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate appointments for surveys and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Organize and maintain paperwork, including filing and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
