In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the seamless integration of control systems across our production lines.

Your primary responsibilities will include merging various control systems, improving interoperability, and facilitating effective communication between machinery and equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing productivity, reliability, and quality in our manufacturing processes.

System Integration:
Oversee the integration of control systems for both new and existing production machinery, ensuring effective communication and interoperability.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee compatibility and integration of diverse control systems and equipment.


PLC and HMI Integration:
Manage PLC programming and HMI integration efforts to develop unified control interfaces for streamlined operations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required.
~Demonstrated experience (X years) in controls integration or a comparable role within a manufacturing setting, ideally in the packaging sector.
~Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI integration (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.) and a strong grasp of control system architectures, networking protocols, and industrial communication standards.
