Job Overview

The role of a Concrete Estimator is essential in our organization, where the selected candidate will be tasked with calculating costs to formulate bids for various small to mid-sized commercial concrete endeavors. The ideal applicant must possess relevant experience to qualify for this position:

Applicants must reside in the Kansas City/Kansas City Kansas Metropolitan Area as this is not a remote opportunity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing blueprints or plans.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating for Concrete, Structural, and Flatwork Construction is mandatory. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
  3. Collaborate effectively with the Management Team.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
  6. Experience with Onscreen Takeoff software is preferred.

This position is available as either a Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity.
