Community Services Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Services Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position involves working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide support and assistance in their homes and communities.

About the Role:

  • This position involves coordinating community-based services and activities to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
  • You will work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Successful candidates will be patient, compassionate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in human services or direct care preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
