Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Marana, AZ. As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for researching technical data, disassembling, repairing, cleaning, adjusting, assembling, testing, and calibrating aircraft components using specialized tools and equipment in compliance with maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze technical data to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Disassemble, repair, clean, adjust, assemble, test, and calibrate aircraft components.
  • Work on commercial aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
  • Handle the identification, inspection, and documentation of parts after removal.
  • Perform various service duties to maintain the aircraft in prime condition.

Requirements:

  • Commercial aircraft experience, larger than a CRJ 900, Boeing and Airbus preferred.
  • Boeing 777 experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $32-$45 based on experience.
  • A Monday-Friday schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with no overtime unless approved.
  • A 4+ month contract to hire opportunity.
  • A basic set of tools provided.
  • A certified repair station environment.
