The ideal applicant is a professional with a friendly demeanor, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. We are looking for someone who is sociable, has a passion for assisting others, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate product and service information while resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Address customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to confirm resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.

- Property and Casualty license (must be obtained)

- Able to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
