Job Description

Thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Branch Manager to lead our operations in Albuquerque, NM.

The Elevator Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the branch's profit and loss by successfully managing all departments and lines of business to exceed business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate the company's commitment to customer service and safety, and ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Profit and Loss: Analyze financial reports to measure departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, elevator consultants, building owners, managers, and prospects.
  • Oversee Employee Performance: Ensure that the employee performance process is performed timely and consistently, and that employees are developed and retained.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, and staffing requirements.
  • Comply with Industry Regulations: Ensure that the branch is in compliance with all federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements and employment and labor laws.
Requirements
  • Thorough Knowledge of the Elevator Industry: Proven knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods within the elevator industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
