As a Branch Manager at Nusenda Credit Union, you will be responsible for leading and directing all staff and operations, ensuring the branch meets organizational, operational, and service expectations. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor to existing and potential members, utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct all staff and operations to ensure the branch meets organizational, operational, and service expectations.
  • Lead team members through daily monitoring, coaching, and development to ensure they are a professional and friendly resource for member questions/issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build trust through everyday interactions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of similar or related leadership and financial experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal systems.
