Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and experienced Senior Transportation Professional - CDL Driver to join our team at TransForce. This critical role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transportation services for older adults, including employee shuttle services, resident medical appointments, and field trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and kindness while assisting passengers on and off the bus.
  • Maintain a high standard of service, prioritizing passenger safety and punctuality.
  • Follow standard safety regulations and ensure confidentiality of facility and patient-related information.
  • Record daily mileage and times, and perform annual vehicle inspections.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with CDL Class C or higher and passenger endorsement
  • Excellent driving record with a clean accident history
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience
