About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are cleaned to exacting standards. This includes removing dirty towels and sheets, replacing them with clean ones, and sanitizing all areas of the guest room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to exacting standards
  • Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones
  • Sanitize all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
  • Make beds and ensure that all linens are clean and crisp
  • Vacuum carpets and clean marble and tile areas
  • Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • Restock used amenities, such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience as a room attendant or housekeeper strongly preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
