Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with their luggage and provide directions to their rooms
- Explain hotel facilities and services to guests
- Check luggage for guests and maintain the lobby area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hotel experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move luggage up to 75 pounds
