Position Summary

As the Regional Operations Director, you will be tasked with establishing strategic objectives for your region while ensuring that unit directors align with corporate, regional, and financial targets. Your role will encompass overseeing the operational efficiency, growth, and profitability of the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage operations of designated accounts to support Key Performance Indicators.
  • Establish a unified direction for the team, clarifying priorities and strategies.
  • Formulate, recommend, and implement regional policies and procedures to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Support the creation and execution of clinical and patient service programs that fulfill client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in the sales process to secure new business opportunities.
  • Review financial reports to ensure adherence to budgetary goals set by Regional and Corporate standards.
  • Develop and inspire a competent management and clinical team to achieve both Regional and Corporate objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve escalated client, patient, and employee-related issues.
  • Collaborate with legal and human resources to manage various customer and employee-related matters.
  • Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations for staff.
  • Complete all required reports in accordance with corporate policies and timelines.
  • Exhibit ownership attributes that promote high-quality customer service at all interaction points.
  • Participate in Patient Visitation rounds with the account management team during site visits, ensuring compliance with Company policies.
  • Train and develop management personnel to foster a positive work environment and efficient resource utilization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related Health Care field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of six or more managers.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
  • Proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and P&L focused environment.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
