Position Overview: The Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the upkeep of the golf course and its surrounding areas, including the clubhouse, turf, trees, and wetlands. This position operates under the guidance of the golf course superintendent and is tasked with promoting the healthy development of the course.

Primary Duties:
  • Ensuring adherence to industry and environmental standards for turf excellence
  • Managing the application and assisting with the documentation of all chemicals and fertilizers
  • Offering guidance and expertise based on knowledge of agronomy and horticulture
  • Directing and engaging in the maintenance of the course's tees, greens, fairways, and pathways
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
  • Acting in place of the superintendent during their absence
