Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of commercial office buildings.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain commercial office buildings, including restrooms, break-rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the premises.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or maintenance is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in hot conditions.
- Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
