Job Description
This Clinical Nurse Lead role involves assessing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of safe and effective patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will facilitate professional growth and mentor others to advance their knowledge and skills. They will also assess unit needs, collaborate with departments to coordinate admissions and discharges, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, with two years preferred. A current RN licensure permitting work in Arizona and Basic Life Support certification are required. Additional certifications may be necessary based on department needs.
