Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Data Coordinator to join our team at Curaleaf. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

About the Role

The Inventory Data Coordinator will work closely with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure seamless communication and efficient inventory management. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inventory inspections, maintaining METRC and Biotrack logs, and creating plant tags for plants. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of database systems and data integration, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
  • Conducts regular inventory inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory data
  • Maintains METRC and Biotrack logs to track plant/product movement and facilitate compliance
  • Creates plant tags for plants to ensure accurate tracking and identification
  • Audits plant rooms, including Mom, Veg, and Clone Rooms, on a monthly basis using Biotrack/Metric Systems
  • Data Management:
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of inventory data, waste disposal, and plant destruction
  • Ensures all data is entered into METRC and Biotrack systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Works closely with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure seamless communication and efficient inventory management
  • Prompts identified discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager, documenting accordingly
  • Participates in correction activities as directed and investigates root causes of discrepancies
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, auditing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, accounting, or computer science
  • Skillset:
  • Advanced knowledge of database systems, data integration, and extraction from multiple sources
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
