Job Title: Portfolio Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Portfolio Administrator at Tompkins Community Bank.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with the Portfolio Manager, Senior Credit Officer, and Senior Loan Officer to coordinate portfolio reviews with Relationship Managers on a semi-annual basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing financial statement request letters, preparing covenant compliance worksheets, and coordinating renewals and annual reviews with lenders.

About You:
  • You have 3-5 years of commercial banking and credit department experience in a similar or equivalent capacity.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and focus for extended periods.
  • You have a working knowledge of current lending practices and policies, as well as commercial loan documentation, including preparation.
