About the Portfolio Administrator Role:

This role is a critical part of our commercial banking team, requiring a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate portfolio reviews with Relationship Managers on a semi-annual basis.
  2. Manage financial statement request letters and prepare covenant compliance worksheets.
  3. Coordinate renewals and annual reviews with lenders.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in a business-related field is normally required, along with specialized banking education and training.
  • 3-5 years of commercial banking and credit department experience in a similar or equivalent capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, paid time off, and 11 holidays.
