Peckham Industries is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team in Brewster, NY.

This role supports HR, Legal, and the Executive Team by managing the Vista system, maintaining union records, and improving system processes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in multi-state and unionized Payroll environments and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

They will also possess knowledge of Payroll best practices, applicable Federal and State wage, hour, and tax laws, or Fundamental Payroll Certification.

This position requires Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with Vista/Viewpoint/Trimble Products is highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year and a dynamic work environment.
