Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized human service work in the Mental Health Crisis Center
  • Assist clients in resolving mental health problems through group process and individual skill building
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatment and progress
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with at least 6 months experience/education in the delivery of mental health services
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds in conjunction with proper person transfer and control techniques
  • Experience working in a mental health facility providing services to patients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
