Position Overview

As a vital member of our marketing team, the Marketing Assistant will contribute to the promotion of our senior living community. This role involves approximately 25-30 hours per week, with an hourly compensation ranging from $21 to $24.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Handle inquiries via phone and online platforms, providing necessary information and support.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing materials to enhance community visibility.
  • Support the seamless transition of new residents, coordinating with site staff to meet established timelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the marketing department.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support capacity.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of leading small group presentations.
