About the Role

You will be entrusted with working directly with our current and prospective customers to scope and present solutions that meet their needs and improve their experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring successful software implementation experiences for clients across all of our products by learning our product suite inside and out.
  • Leading all key implementation phases, driving project plans, assigning timelines and resources, and advising clients on how to become successful using our products.
  • Utilizing existing delivery methodology while continually adding feedback and insights to our processes.
  • Developing and maintaining the relationships within your named accounts and demonstrating value to key stakeholders.
  • Working with other departments to prioritize, coordinate, and apply resources where needed.
  • Being that internal champion that handles client issues, escalating appropriately and tracking to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members on client troubleshooting and methodologies best practice.

Requirements

  • Have a background in Higher-Education or similar is valued.
  • Possess time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have the ability to effectively prioritize multiple deadlines, resources, and activities.
  • Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for improving client experience with Interfolio products and services.
  • Able to utilize technology and systems, Monday.com (or similar PM software), and Microsoft Suite highly valued.
