Compensation Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role's annual salary to be around $85,000-$105,000.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our PACU department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth recovery of patients post-surgery. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact patient outcomes, making this a highly rewarding position for those passionate about delivering exceptional care.

  • Care for surgical patients during the post-anesthesia period, employing critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Recovery Room setting.
  • A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification.
