- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and family information, adhering to our organization's strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with patients, families, and team members in a manner that promotes dignity and respect, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior multi-line phone system and customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, general office practices and procedures, and computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Abilities: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, patients, co-workers, and the public, as well as work independently with little or no supervision.
