Job Summary

Factory Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Intake and Delivery Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Consulting and Technical Services team, you will be responsible for maximizing the Technical and Plan Review Consultant's time engaging and collaborating with clients, while also managing the intake of plan review submittals and reported impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maximizing the Technical and Plan Review Consultant's time engaging and collaborating with clients
  • Manage the intake of plan review submittals and reported impairments
  • Conduct cursory assessments of requests for completeness and ensure data integrity and file/record completeness within respective system(s)
  • Log all plan review submittals, reported impairments, monitor correspondence inboxes, and conduct/tracking follow-up activities within established timeframes
  • Manage the final distribution of the plan review letter per established processes and protocols
  • Distribute the impairment outcome correspondence per established processes and protocols
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and take strong ownership of the intake and delivery processes
  • Interact with team members across assigned territory daily/as needed and follow best practices to meet Service Level Objectives while providing high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors preferred
  • Two (2) years experience supporting a work group and/or manager
  • Project coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems)
  • Diligent
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written
  • Both self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
