Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our real estate team in Moorestown, NJ. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our sales leaders and sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily office administration and day-to-day operation of real estate transaction processing.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining listing and sales transaction files, processing escrow deposit monies, and status changes of transactions.
  • Validate and prepare audit of transaction files in Weichert's transactional systems compared to data in local MLS systems on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate reports and communication with AUOR partners, engage sales associates for client contact information, and update Huddle reports daily/weekly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Real Estate License preferred but not required.
  • One year of related experience working in a real estate, title, or law office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
