Travel Sales Professional

This is a remote position with Your RAD Travels, a family-oriented company dedicated to the success of our agents and the joy of our clients through a seamless vacation booking process.
Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our remote team as Travel Sales Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will handle incoming travel requests with accuracy and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing all their travel booking needs for business or leisure. You'll also have the opportunity to sell packages, tours, event tickets, and more. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training and certifications.
This position requires a low monthly startup cost.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A passion for helping clients create their dream vacations by offering our destinations and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- A desire to build and maintain relationships with travel partners and clients
- Expertise in our products and policies (training provided)
- Acute attention to detail with the ability to review your own work for quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales (including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and events)
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Work effectively in a team setting
- Stay informed about the travel industry and policies
- Collect and enter data into our software, maintaining accurate client files
- Complete required certification promptly
- Participate in ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Qualifications:
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States
