- Design, execute, and manage programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
- Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to integrate employee experience initiatives into broader organizational practices and policies.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Create and implement leadership development programs specific to our environment that build managerial capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver key content effectively and engage participants.
- Lead and manage change initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Champion and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and motivated.
- Evaluate and enhance training programs and onboarding materials to continually improve the employee experience from day one.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development.
- Proven ability to roll out and manage talent solutions on a large scale from concept to results measurement.
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to manage group dynamics.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
- Tech savvy and experience with tools like Qualtrics, Mentimeter, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of Workday Learning (or other LMS) a plus.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective employee experience programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
