About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Employee Experience to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee experience strategy that aligns with our company's growth plans, values, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
  • Program Management: Design, execute, and manage programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, including training and development programs, employee recognition and rewards, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Employee Feedback: Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and other departments, to integrate employee experience initiatives into broader organizational practices and policies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Leadership Development: Create and implement leadership development programs specific to the global environment that build managerial capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Training: Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver key content effectively and engage participants.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to employee experience, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Culture Building: Champion and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and motivated.
  • Training and Onboarding Development: Evolve training programs and onboarding materials that support new employees in acclimating to the company culture, understanding our values, and developing essential skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance training and onboarding programs based on feedback and emerging trends to continually improve the employee experience from day one.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in HR, employee experience, or organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective employee experience programs, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
