Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and operating shuttle buses in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers
  • Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and have an acceptable DMV record
  • Courteously assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager if necessary
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager
  • Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to the garage office
  • Substitute for Cashiers or Valets, when necessary, if authorized
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage
  • Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable
Qualifications
  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Required to have and maintain a valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • A Medical Examiners Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required
  • Availability to work 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be a requirement
