Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a key leadership role within our organization. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office staff and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and create financial reports to help inform business decisions
  • Complete accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain cash management reports to ensure that our financial resources are being used effectively
  • Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Complete and document HR compliance to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Oversee performance management and documentation to ensure that our employees are performing to the best of their ability
  • Develop the office division annual plan to ensure that our goals and objectives are aligned with the overall strategy of the organization
  • Document and manage the office division performance to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets, and business records to ensure that our assets are being used effectively
  • Maintain tax, insurance, and compliance requirements to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money
  • Coordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communication to ensure that our employees are informed and up-to-date
Requirements
  • 5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • 2+ years of experience with collection activities
  • Strong professional background of 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
  • Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Working Hours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Generally 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., can vary as business demands

Competitive salary based on experience
