Job Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform custodial and maintenance duties for buildings, equipment, grounds, and fixtures.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of equipment operation, including the location of switches, controls, and valves.
  • Maintain floor care in designated areas as assigned.
  • Work on a rotating schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Basic knowledge of custodial and maintenance tasks; prior experience is advantageous.

Ability to read and write effectively.

Must be capable of performing all janitorial responsibilities daily.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more occasionally.

Ability to follow instructions, including safety protocols and address safety concerns when possible.

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
