Job Description

This Senior Financial Analyst - Quality Assurance position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in financial quality assurance. The successful candidate will have experience in financial audits/reviews, data analysis, and process improvement.

About the Role
  • Conduct quality assurance audits/reviews of financial transactions and activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Analyze data to prepare performance and quality metric reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Work with process owners to develop and implement corrective actions to address issues and anomalies identified during audits/reviews and monitoring of metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis and reporting.
  • 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of financial systems/software such as PeopleSoft, BMC Helix, and FinMart.
  • Experience calculating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting meaningful KPIs and/or metrics.
  • 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills involving large sets of data and spreadsheets containing formulas.
