Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Integration Specialist to join our team at Mastercard. This role will be responsible for documenting customer implementation and testing processes for new or significantly enhanced Mastercard products and services in the Network Products space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global product and engineering owners to understand product/enhancement requirements
  • Partner with global product and engineering owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by Customers for testing activities
  • Partner with global product and engineering owners to support Product Readiness according to the Studio guidelines
  • Own the development of global product delivery guides to consistently implement assigned products at scale with speed, quality, and predictability
  • Partner with regional delivery teams to provide them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation necessary to perform their job functions with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with the regional delivery teams on continuous improvement efforts
  • Conduct implementation and testing training sessions for Customer Delivery to equip resources with the information and tools needed to support customer projects
  • Establish reporting approach for the products you support and track delivery KPIs

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions
  • Ability to quickly analyze and design efficiencies into new and existing solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal, and/or external business partners, and with varying levels of management
  • Must be high-energy, comfortable with uncertainty, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Connectivity and encryption technology
  • Familiarity with ISO 8583 and ISO 20022
  • Familiarity with APIs
  • Familiarity with Mastercard test tools
  • Experience in customer delivery or testing processes or quality analysis/assurance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team, and to work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams
  • Language skills a plus, will be working with regional teams

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
