The Global Product Integration team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to efficiently and effectively deploy solutions to our customers with speed, quality, and predictability.

GPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.

Global Product Integrators develop streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive customer and employee implementation experience.

The successful candidate will be accountable for documenting the customer implementation and testing processes for new or significantly enhanced Mastercard products and services in the Network Products space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with global product and engineering owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by Customers for testing activities
  • Developing global product delivery guides to consistently implement assigned products at scale with speed, quality, and predictability
  • Conducting implementation and testing training sessions for Customer Delivery to equip resources with the information and tools needed to support customer projects
  • Building strong working relationships and interacting well with the customer, internal, and/or external business partners, and with varying levels of management
  • Experience in customer delivery or testing processes or quality analysis/assurance
  • Ability to work independently or with a team, and to work flexible hours as needed to support global delivery teams
  • Language skills a plus, working with regional teams
