Job Description

Embark on a dynamic career with Allied Universal Event Services, a leading provider of crowd management and event staffing solutions. As a Regional Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our events and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for our events and clients.
  • Collaborate with Regional Recruiting Managers and Field Operations Leadership to identify and address recruitment needs.
  • Conduct interviews, select, and make hiring recommendations to qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with branch staff, providing training and assistance on applicant tracking and recruitment activities.
  • Work with Operational leadership to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the recruitment process.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting recruitment strategies to meet targets, including completing weekly or monthly reports on hiring, effectiveness of recruitment sources, and costs vs. return on investment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment.
  • Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives.
  • Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems.
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals.
