  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer experience.

  • Proven experience in team development and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
