Job Summary

The University of California seeks an exceptional Advanced Practice Nurse Leader to join its esteemed team in the Adult Cardiac Critical Care and Telemetry programs. As a key member of the nursing leadership team, this Clinical Nurse Specialist will leverage their expertise to advance the practice of nursing and foster professional growth among nurses.

This is a challenging role that requires strong clinical skills, evidence-based practice, collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership. The ideal candidate will be accountable for working with the healthcare team to design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $331,800 per annum.
