Surgical Recovery Team Lead:

The surgical recovery team lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our post-anesthesia care units. As a leader, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with other disciplines, and utilize critical thinking and professional discretion to deliver high-quality patient care. With your exceptional leadership skills and experience in acute care facilities, you will be instrumental in promoting health and safety within our organization.

Responsibilities include collecting relevant data, analyzing assessment results, and developing plans to prescribe interventions that promote positive outcomes. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care and facilitate learning opportunities for patients and team members. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing and hold current RN licensure in the state of practice. In addition, they must possess certification in CPR or BLS, as well as ACLS or its equivalent. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off. We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
