Job Description:
Toll Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Manager Intern to join our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist in supervising all on-site construction, scheduling sub-contractors, resolving day-to-day problems, and inspecting work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Some construction experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary permits for construction
- Order materials required for house construction
- Work with senior staff to set up and monitor the construction schedule

Requirements:
We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in construction management or a related field. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction management, strong organizational and people skills, and basic knowledge of production homebuilding.

Benefits:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
