Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our West Coast team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating premier client accounts and working closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of client objectives, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging proposal collateral, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements, and providing support for all operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client materials
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in social, digital, online, or advertising environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary: $66,560 per annum
