Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all amenities and supplies are replenished.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
- Ensure that all appliances and equipment are in working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Support the housekeeping team in achieving high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Requirements
- No high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No related work experience is necessary.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.40 to $38.87, as well as a range of benefits, including health care, retirement benefits, paid time off, and life insurance.
